How much do you charge?

Will you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes, we bring all the supplies and equipment we may need to clean your space. That said, if you would like us to use anything of yours instead we are happy to oblige.

What services are included in a Routine or Deep Clean booking?

Check out the Cleaning Checklists to see what is included in a routine cleaning or a deep cleaning. If you are interested in a cleaning task that you don’t see on this list, you will probably find it on our extras menu. Extras can be booked as add-ons to routine or deep cleaning appointments.

Do I need to tidy up first?

That is totally up to you! We will clean your space no matter what state it is in when we arrive, and have no problem doing dishes and cleaning up clutter. Just be aware that these extra tasks (that may be necessary to complete so we can access surfaces to clean) take time and will make your cleaning more expensive. The more clear your surfaces are when we arrive, the quicker the cleaning will go.

What’s included in the price for cleaning?

Eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products. We care a lot about your health, our health, and the health of our planet. For that reason we are particular about the supplies we use. We stick to environmentally friendly, non-toxic cleaning products and prioritize low waste products and supplies even when it costs us a little extra.
Top of the line equipment. We don’t cut corners when it comes to the equipment we use to clean your space. When you spend money on a cleaning service, you want to trust that they are cleaning as good as you would yourself, if not better! That’s why we spring for the good stuff, which cleans better and is gentle on your treasures.
Peace of mind. We’re bonded and insured, so if something goes wrong we all are covered.
